– The right amount: Choose 2-3 Tablespoons of heart healthy oils each day.

Choose more often: Monounsaturated fats and omega-3s such as olive oil, avocado, sardines, Arctic char, salmon, mackerel, trout, flax seeds, chia seeds and walnuts.
